Cancellation Policy
I am committed to providing all my clients with exceptional care in a timely manner. For this reason, I have instituted a 48 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. I understand that sometimes life gets in the way & appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, I kindly ask that you provide at least a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a fee will not be charged. If you do not show up for your appointment or do not provide any notice, the cost of 50% of the service being provided will be charged.
If you are late I reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked not the cut service. If you are more than 10 minutes late & I do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, we will be rescheduling. I appreciate your understanding & cooperation in following cancellation policy. My goal is to provide the best possible service to all of my clients, & This policy helps achieve that goal by ensuring that the estheticians' time (Mine) is used efficiently & effectively.
I have read this policy and understand that I need to provide at least 48 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. If I fail to contact the esthetician at least 48 hours in advance, I will be charged the appropriate cancellation fee.
I understand to arrive without additional guests or children, for liability and quality of my experience.
